Position Overview: The Legal Disputes Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing legal disputes for our clients in Bahrain. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring the effective resolution of disputes. Key Responsibilities: Dispute Management: Legal Analysis: Representation: Documentation and Reporting. Compliance. Qualifications:  Bachelor & degree in Law; advanced degree or certification is a plus.  The law degree may be obtained from any Middle East country or a UK Law School The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a Legal Disputes Manager or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.  Knowledge of the Bahraini legal system and regulations is essential.  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent written and verbal communication abilities, are prerequisites  The candidate should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively with cross- functional teams and possess a presentable demeanor for client interactions, especially with Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNIs).  A positive attitude and strong character, along with enthusiasm for continuous learning, are highly valued traits.
