  • Monitor employee work and provide guidance
  • Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding
  • Implement measures and make sure employees follow office protocols
  • Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, systematic way
  • Find ways to increase sales performance
  • Identifying opportunities to improve a business’ policies or objectives
  • Ensuring a company is operating securely and effectively
  • Preparing and reviewing operational reports
  • Leading and/or participating in meetings
  • Assisting managers in compiling annual budget information and reports
  • Maintaining all policies and procedures manuals
  • Delegating tasks to administrative assistants
  • Creating personnel folders for new hires
  • Monitoring and projecting staffing needs
  • Managing and maintaining all department databases
  • Performing clerical accounting and general office duties if needed
  • Developing strong relationships with cross-functional teams and departments
  • Ensure that company HR policies are applied consistently
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a manager or similar role
  • Experience required 2 years minimum
  • Hindi and English language proficiency is a must
  • Excellent accounting knowledge, must have knowledge about payroll and calculations.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Experience budgeting and forecasting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership ability
  • Computer Literate, adaptive nature and quick learner with problem solving skills.
  • Can join immediately/ Within 15 days notice period
  • Ages 21-30 years old only.
  • Unmarried & good looking with great personality
Job Type: Full-time Pay: From BD400.000 per month Experience:
