Job Description

Housekeeping Supervisor As a Housekeeping Supervisor at our pre-opening resort, you will be at the forefront of ensuring a clean, inviting, and well-maintained environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead the housekeeping team, ensuring effective coordination, motivation, and adherence to established standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and public areas, maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene.
• Quality Assurance: Implement and monitor quality control measures to guarantee cleanliness standards meet or exceed guest expectations.
• Training and Development: Conduct regular training sessions for housekeeping staff, emphasizing best practices, safety protocols, and exceptional customer service.
• Inventory Management: Manage housekeeping supplies, equipment, and inventory efficiently to meet operational needs and budget constraints.
• Guest Interaction: Address guest concerns related to housekeeping promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive guest experience.
• Communication: Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager and other departments, fostering open communication for a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a housekeeping supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide the housekeeping team.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest cleanliness standards.
• Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to interact with staff, guests, and other departments.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and address operational challenges promptly and efficiently.
