Job Purpose: E nsure smooth execution of all required deliveries required to support Group Retail. This role will support the strategic direction and implementation of the end-to-end delivery management process across each dependent element of the implementation lifecycle (conception, implementation, verification/testing, release). In addition to the above, this role will support the strategic design, delivery and maintenance of the Data Analytics that will support institutional priorities. Principal Responsibilities, Accountabilities and Deliverables of Role:
  • Establish and manage MENA wide PMO working groups to support fluid delivery.
  • Maintain frameworks and standards for Project Management.
  • Ensure smooth hand offs and delivery throughout the full SDLC (initial concept through to testing and production release). 
  • Manage and compile Group Retail related financial and KPI information.
  • Provide and maintain a capacity planning and resource tracking service across all Group Retail Projects.
  • Track financial reporting whilst ensuring that the projects adhere to the corporate financial processes.
  • Lead the strategic design, delivery and maintenance of the Data Analytics that will support institutional priorities.
  • Collaboratively and extensively investigate, analyze and interpret business information needs based on a strong understanding of business processes, drivers and priorities.
  • Generate valuable insights from data that could drive business decision, identify business opportunities and shortcomings.
  • Develop comprehensive data system architecture to support the creation of conceptual models, combination models, taxonomy analysis and multi-source data fusion for corporate information platform.
  • Maintain the quality standards, traceability and structure of the data and information collected.
  • Develop and implement governance and post-implementation evaluation over all activities to ensure outcomes achieved meet institutional objectives.
  • Identify data quality issues and supporting information governance by participating in necessary activities and assisting in the development of and adherence to database and development standards.
  • Undertake preprocessing of structured and unstructured data.
  • Analyze large amounts of internal and external information to discover trends and patterns.
  • Collaborate with business, operations and IT teams to find innovate way to utilize data to add business value in innovative ways.
  • Study, analyze and understand Business requirements in context to Data Analytics.
  • Generate valuable insights from data that could drive business decision, identify business opportunities and shortcomings.
  • Developing KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI for Business and Retail Reporting.
  • Connecting data sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligence.
  • Experienced in building and designing Data Marts for reporting and Automation of dashboards through the Power BI.
  • Provide reporting and analysts for adhoc requests for other streams and team members.
  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
  • Assist in identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
  • This role will involve business travel.
Experience:
  • 3 + years experience in relevant field, preferably in the Banking industry
  • Experience with facilitation and management of diverse groups of Executive level stakeholders
Education:
  • Bachelors Degree
