Role Description Thisis a full-time on-site role for a Cold Steel Construction Supervisor.The Cold Steel Construction Supervisor will be responsible for sitesupervision, communication with contractors, inspection of constructionprocesses, and ensuring construction safety. The Cold Steel ConstructionSupervisor will oversee the construction project to ensure that it iscompleted on time, within budget, and meets quality standards. Qualifications

Supervisory Skills, Site Supervision, and Communication Skills
Experience in Inspection and ensuring Construction Safety
Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Experience in construction project management
Knowledge of local regulations and building codes
Experience with software such as AutoCAD, MS Word, and Excel is a plus

Must Have

Bachelor Degree or Higher
Passion for construction solutions
Highly creative and autonomous
Valid work permit for Saudi Arabia

Nice to have

Experience in previous jobs in cold steel construction
Additional languages
Strong analytical skills
