Job details

You ll be responsible for: •Delivers large multiple construction packages on schedule, budget & quality. •Works with planning team to develop detailed and accurate programme of work. •Plans the programming of day-to-day resource requirements and communicates these to construction team. •Achieves set objectives such as client satisfaction and successful and safe delivery of packages on programme to quality and within budget. •Assesses project team capability and performance. •Sets up clear lines of communication among project partners, subcontractors , and other stakeholders. •Ensures the cooperation and coordination of contractors while they are on site. •Contributes to the achievement of Mace safety targets and zero tolerance of unsafe working practices and occurrences. •Provides accurate and timely project progress reports •Monitors external changes to work plans and report the effect of change •Ensure adoption of innovative ideas from variety of sources •Adheres to Mace Way of managing projects •Leads meetings and review progress in productivity, design and achievement of commercial requirements, H&S reviews •Contributes to contract review process. You ll need to have: •Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval. •Recognized degree in Construction Management or any related discipline. •Minimum10years professional experience on international airport projects.
