Data Technical Operation Specialist Jobs In Saudi Arabia | Stc

Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical support specialist for a team of software developers
• Install, configure, and maintain development, test, and production environments
• Perform routine system administration tasks, including user account management, file permissions, backups, and monitoring
• Assist with the design, implementation, and maintenance of continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes
• Write and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, user manuals, and runbooks
• Monitor system performance and capacity, and recommend improvements
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and processes
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support
• Escalate critical issues to senior staff as necessary
• Train new team members on company systems and procedures

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in technical operations or a similar role
• Experience with systems administration, network administration, or DevOps
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years experience in technical operations or a similar role
• Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
• Experience with automation/configuration management using tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible
• Experience with monitoring tools, such as Nagios, Zabbix, or New Relic
