We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Supervisor to join our reputable joinery company. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, have previous carpentry experience, and possess a UAE driving license. Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate on-site joinery and carpentry projects. - Ensure work is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards. - Manage and lead a team of carpenters and joiners effectively. - Oversee material sourcing, inventory management, and tool maintenance. - Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide progress updates. - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site. Requirements: - Proven experience in carpentry and joinery work. - Previous experience in a supervisory role in a construction or joinery company. - Hands-on approach and willingness to work alongside the team. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - UAE driving license is mandatory. - Strong communication and leadership skills.
