Manage the gathering, documentation, and analysis of business requirements from stakeholders spread across globally. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for technical solutions, conduct data analysis for informed decision-making, and manage multiple projects efficiently within established methodologies. Manage segment portfolios collaboratively with business and IT execution teams, ensuring successful project setup and alignment with corporate strategy. Lead problem-solving discussions, coordinate small projects, continuously expand organisational business knowledge, and stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus. At least 8 years of experience in an IT business partnership role, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in a global environment. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum), software development lifecycles, and experience with Project Management tools like Microsoft Project and SharePoint. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SAP Environment, CRM (Salesforce), CPQ, Reports & Dashboard and experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Excel, Tableau).
