- Acting as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
- Establishing and maintaining contact to provide on-going technical and business support to assigned customers in designated geographic region or coverage area
- Handling diverse clients in a region and working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks.
- Handling standardized project processes and guidelines to ensure they will be implemented in the department
Job Requirements:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with good experience in client services
- Demonstrate good experience in Customer Service Management
- Be fluent in the English language
- Be a Self-starter with high motivation levels and demonstrated leadership skills.
