Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Director for our Corporate Development to oversee and enhance the execution of corporate portfolios and projects, drive special initiatives, and manage our knowledge-sharing processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and the capability to manage multiple functions effectively. Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, management, and consolidation of all corporate portfolios and projects to ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with business owners on the progress of initiatives and projects, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement a unified methodology for corporate portfolio management that enhances efficiency and alignment across the company.
  • Establish a comprehensive risk management framework that identifies and addresses risks and dependencies within project portfolios.
  • Design a standardized validation process to enhance information accuracy and support decision-making across the organization.
  • Organize and lead alignment meetings with internal stakeholders to ensure efforts are well-coordinated and goals are met.
  • Manage the preparation of consolidated reports periodically for leadership review, highlighting progress and areas of improvement.
  • Oversee the implementation of special projects initiated by the Board of Directors or CEO, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and stakeholder requirements.
  • Define and implement effective knowledge-sharing mechanisms and collaboration frameworks to enhance organizational learning and information dissemination.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive library of lessons learned, best practices, and templates from past projects and initiatives to support continuous improvement.
  • Engage with and contribute to the development of capabilities within emerging business units, fostering innovation and strategic growth.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related filed 8+ years' of professional Strategy, Project Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work #J-18808-Ljbffr
