Planning and managing the development of HR strategy and policies across the foundation by proactively engaging with its functions to identify workforce requirements, organizational needs and manage benefits and HR analytics to identify the gaps and efficiently plan in line with the Foundation strategy and vision. RESPONSIBILITIES Duties and Responsibilities: Reviews corporate strategy guidelines and develops function specific plan and strategy. Ensures the consolidation and validation of function specific strategies into HR strategy and aligns with SBUs. Reviews HR strategy and update when required. 2. HR Policies and Procedures Development: Reviews existing policies and procedures and ensures it meets the customer needs. Communicates any new/updated policies and procedures to relevant stakeholders. 3. HR Planning: Oversees and reviews planned initiatives based on HR strategy. Leads the development of HR part of business plan and budget. Communicates approved plan and budget to HR departments. Monitors plan and budget implementation and initiates corrective actions. 4. Workforce Planning: Ensures the consolidation and validation of the workforce requirements based on the talent report, employee turnover report and annual business plan. Works with the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) and department heads on developing a yearly workforce plan for their units Conducts workforce impact analysis to showcase to relevant stakeholders (SBUs and department heads, leadership) the impact of the plan on the HR strategy, budget and annual business plan. 5. Organizational Development Activities: Leads the update of the organizational structure and the development/update of job descriptions on a regular basis, in consultation with the concerned Foundation department to ensure that all jobs in Foundation have been analyzed, a comprehensive database of updated job descriptions is maintained at all times and the organization structures are in line with manpower plan and the Foundation policies. 6. Job Evaluation and Grading: Leads the development of job evaluations to evaluate any newly created position or re-evaluate existing position(s) as required to determine the relative worth of jobs and assign a suitable job grade for every new/updated position to establish internal equity. 7. Benefits & Allowance Analyses compensation benefits in the Foundation Conducts market competitive analysis to benchmark compensation and benefits. Reviews and updates employees benefit and makes sure they are aligned with HR policies and procedures. Ensures appropriate compensation across all departments. Company Industry
