Supervisor job in Abu-Dhabi UAE responsibilities, qualifications/experience Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the business and ensuring that all activities run smoothly. You will be expected to provide leadership and guidance, while also managing staff and resources. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. Responsibilities • Supervise staff and resources to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the business • Monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures • Maintain effective communication between staff members • Provide feedback and support on performance issues • Address customer service issues as they arise Qualifications/Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within a similar organization or industry • Excellent understanding of business operations processes and procedures • Outstanding problem solving skills with great attention to detail • Proven ability to lead teams effectively • Excellent verbal and written communication skills This job has no reviews yet.
