Sales Director | Prometheus Group Dubai | Apply Now Don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity – apply now at dubaiofferz.com Responsibilities: Develop and drive execution of the regional sales strategies for new business acquisition Meet or exceed sales targets and growth goals for managed territories Define and coordinate sales training programs Motivate and engage sales reps to achieve revenue targets. Responsible for carrying out business-wide strategic objectives and managing complex projects at scale. Able to solve complex problems by primarily leveraging the systems and tools currently available to the organization. Implement selling strategies to drive consistency and velocity throughout the sales process. Measure and analyze key performance indicators to drive improved performance and accountability. Grow & develop a team of inside sales managers and reps, guiding the team on best practices for their role, performance management, and sales strategy execution. Required Experience: English, Arabic language proficiency University Degree 5+ years experience Inside Sales Management Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Ability to deliver difficult messages while emphasizing a positive, future-oriented perspective. Strong ability to excite, engage and influence through demonstrated leadership Proven track record of enterprise software sales Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, coach, motivate and retain successful employees Desired background in selling SAP technology solutions. Deep consultative selling expertise in the SAP Technology eco-system, with a particular track record in Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Oil & Gas, Energy/Power, Chemicals, Utilities, CPG, and Retail sectors.
