Responsibilities
- Manage flow of information and documentation between clients and Atlas regarding immigration cases.
- Manage case initiation process and fact gathering. Ensure that all the information provided by the client is accurate and correct.
- Responsible for ensuring all documentation is collected, complete and returned timely. Follow up with client to obtain outstanding documentation, if needed.
- Development & Implementation of Mobility products services
- Work on securing partnerships to develop streamline services such as Corporate Housing, Shipment of Household Goods, Corporate Leases and Expat Tax & Compliance Services, through global vendors.
- Manage day-to-day interactions with a complex and high performing set of mobility vendors across the region to ensure a smooth experience for the expats.
- Coordinate, assemble, print (if needed) and organize all incoming case start materials in an organized and efficient manner.
- Prepare immigration-related correspondence (e.g. employment confirmation letters, invitation letters, travel packets, business introduction letters, etc.) for clients, as needed.
- Liaise with legal firms, or with immigration authorities directly, on immigration cases.
- Respond to routine queries from clients (regarding questionnaires, documentation, etc.).
- Ensure that client is compliant with posting and maintaining required documentation.
- Prepare, update and manage status reports. This includes routine case monitoring with legal firms and/ or appropriate immigration authorities.
- Send follow-ups to clients on all pending visa extensions.
- Build knowledge of country-specific immigration processes, remaining up to date with any changes to legislation.
- General administrative duties as needed (i.e. faxing, copying, typing, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in applicable field and 3-5 years of related international experience.
- Experience with immigration/global mobility, highly desired.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Other languages are valued.
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and strong organizational and data entry skills.
- Demonstrate flexibility and initiative regarding assignments for self and team.
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/status/issues to supervisor.
- Ability to work efficiently with a diverse international population, as well as other organizations and government officials.
- Ability to work with remote colleagues in many time zones, organizations and clients.
- Strong knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation skills.
