Job details

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our team in Jeddah and lead the marketing strategy for a new deals app designed to help Saudis discover new places and save money with exclusive deals. This role requires a strategic marketing expert with a proven track record in digital campaigns, user acquisition, and brand development. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive user growth and app engagement.
Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital advertising, social media, and influencer partnerships.
Analyze market trends and user data to optimize marketing tactics and maximize ROI.
Manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship and leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing goals align with business objectives.
Lead a team of content creators, social media managers, and sales.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Bilingual (Arabic and English)
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven success in digital marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and brand growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from data to inform marketing decisions.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
