We have an exciting opportunity with a financial institution in Dubai for a Senior Systems Analyst the main job purpose will be to Collaborate with business owners and managers to interpret their needs and translate them into IT initiatives. Serve as a senior representative of the IT department, facilitating communication between the business and IT teams. Participate in internal client meetings to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements and act as a bridge between the business and IT departments to deliver comprehensive solutions. Prepare documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), process flows, and, if applicable, User Stories. Provide ongoing support to the business and project teams throughout the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, planning, preparation and execution of User Acceptance testing, and successful implementation. Ensure accurate implementation in accordance with agreed-upon requirements and/or user stories.

Requirement

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of business needs and assess their significance.
• Participate in internal and external client meetings, comprehending requirements, and serving as a mediator between the business and IT teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Prioritise requirements from multiple stakeholders based on their importance.
• Communicate, interpret, and simplify business requirements to ensure agreement and support from all stakeholders.
• Identify, organize, and clarify business needs, and produce specifications for proposed changes.
• Emphasise product features and business requirements in a manner that is easily understandable for the development team.
