As an Account Manager, you'll be the primary point of contact for homeowners entrusting us with their properties. Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management: Expertly oversee a portfolio of accounts.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the key liaison for all matters pertaining to your accounts, fostering trust and respect-based relationships with our valued hosts.
  • Operational Support: Collaborate with our team to ensure the seamless day-to-day operation of our services.
  • Dynamic Pricing: Work closely with the Revenue Manager to identify pricing strategies based on seasonality and events.
  • Problem Solving: Tactfully resolve issues to guarantee the satisfaction of both clients and guests.
  • Performance Tracking: Forecast and monitor key account metrics, delivering progress reports to clients.
  • Onboarding and Relationship Building: Partner with the Sales and onboarding team to welcome new clients and nurture existing relationships.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, changes, and competitor actions.
Requirements
  • Fluent in English; Italian and French speaker is a plus
  • Ability to maintain composure and excel in high-pressure situations.
  • A knack for swiftly identifying solutions to any given problem.
  • Prior experience in delivering host-focused solutions based on their unique needs and satisfaction.
  • A Team Player who thrives in a diverse, cross-cultural work environment.
  • A detail-oriented individual with a relentless commitment to quality.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work on-site or remotely, with availability to address client requests, even on weekends.
