Sales Manager job in Khawr Fakkan UAE ,qualifications and experience. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Khawr Fakkan. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, creating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Job Description: The Sales Manager’s duties include: • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives • Negotiating with customers to maximize sales and profits • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships • Monitoring market trends and customer needs to identify potential sales opportunities • Analyzing customer data to inform strategy decisions • Conducting competitive analysis/market research to identify new opportunities • Managing the sales team by setting targets, coaching, and motivating them. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred but not essential. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required. • Knowledge of the local market is essential and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage. • Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as well as strong analytical skills. • Ability to think strategically, problem-solve effectively, work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks effectively, work well under pressure, take initiative, be proactive and result oriented is required.
