Job details
The selected candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various roles within the marketing agency. This includes developing and executing effective recruitment strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Talent Acquisition:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify appropriate candidate profiles.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback on their application status.
- Represent the agency's brand and culture positively, promoting its values and benefits to potential candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs, proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to anticipate future talent requirements and plan accordingly.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to streamline and optimize the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and agency policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, metrics, and candidate information.
- Provide regular reports and insights to the HR Manager and leadership team on recruitment performance, trends, and challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and talent acquisition tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and engage with diverse candidates.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
