Description:

Our client is a luxury multinational property development company. They are looking for a highly skilled and experienced brand and communications manager to join their team in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the overall brand and communication strategies of the organization.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity across all channels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all marketing and communication materials align with the organization’s brand and communication strategies.
  • Create and manage the organization’s content marketing strategy, including creating compelling and engaging content for various channels, such as social media, website, blog, and email marketing.
  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement, including managing events, sponsorships, and partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to secure coverage for the organization.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing and communication strategies, analyze data, and report on key performance indicators.
  • Manage the organization’s website and social media channels, ensuring that all content is up-to-date and engaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branding
  • Must have expereince working with luxury brands/clients and sophisticated audiences
  • Languages: English and Arabic a must
  • Proven PR and advertising expereince is a must
  • events management expereince
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and best practices.
