Responsibilities

• Scanning online portals for new tenders and preparing documents
• Maintaining a database of opportunities, proposals, internal CV-s, case studies, filing and organising documents for proposals
• Updating records, respond to emails and carry out data entry tasks
• Provide administrative support to the business development team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organising travel arrangements and BD events
• Providing additional administrative support to fulfil procurement activities as needed (e.g. filling out administrative forms)

Requirement

• 1-3 years experience in a similar role
• Fluency in English, written and spoken
• Strong analytical and research skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong drive and motivation
• Attention to detail and highly organised
• Independent and proactive personality
• Excellent time management skills to be able to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
