The job posting is outdated and position may be filled Responsibilities: • Assist and support the Project Manager in daily Commercial tasks. • Assist and support the Project Managers in all time plans and schedule activities. • Develop the project baseline and monitor the progress of the project master schedule & milestones against the initial set baselines. • Communicate with the project team the agreed project milestones and the critical path leading to achieve such milestones according to the planned dates. • Analyze and report the critical paths, floats, lags and report assessment to the Commercial Manager and the Project Mangers. • Support and assist the Commercial Manager and Project Managers in tracking and managing correspondence and action items. • Maintain and manage technical, commercial, contractual and planning files and records in an organized manner. • Ensure compliance of Honeywell corporate guidelines in all administrative assistant functions. • Ensures that work is performed in accordance with Honeywell project internal processes and procedures. • Coordinates effectively with other project disciplines. • Ensures correct and timely reporting. • Assists in monitoring contract adherence in coordination with Commercial Management team. • In association with the Commercial Manager, assist with administration of the projects Contract including progress claims, variation claims and other project related financial matters. • Provide Contractual clarification/assistance to different cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with the Contract requirements.
