Supply Chain and Inventory Specialist

What we expect from you:

1. Plan, implement and manage procedures to optimize inventory control
2. Identify shortages and act in a timely manner
3. Define inventory KPIs and track them regularly
4. Oversee daily operations and identify bottlenecks
5. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain the needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain
6. Establish performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain
7. Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company or at other locations
8. Participate as an advisory member of the quality team to provide information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials
9. Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments
10. Performs other related duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• A bachelor's degree is a must
• 4+ Year experience in inventory management and supply chain
• Zoho Inventory Software experience is a plus!
• Excellent knowledge in data analysis
• Great attention to details
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good time management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Reliable and confidential
