With a strong focus on the GCC market we are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and services to our clients while ensuring sustainable growth and profitability. Job Description: As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving business expansion and fostering strategic partnerships within the GCC market for our oil and gas company. Leveraging your expertise and industry knowledge you will identify new business opportunities nurture client relationships and contribute to the companys overall growth objectives. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to penetrate and expand our presence in the GCC oil and gas market.
  2. Identify potential clients assess their needs and cultivate strong relationships to generate new business opportunities.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends competitive threats and potential areas for growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including sales marketing and technical teams to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet client requirements.
  5. Lead the negotiation and execution of contracts ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
  6. Track and analyze sales performance market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  7. Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and build a strong professional network.
  8. Stay updated on industry regulations technological advancements and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  9. Prepare regular reports presentations and forecasts to communicate business development progress and performance metrics to senior management.
  10. Travel within the GCC region as needed to meet with clients attend meetings and participate in business development activities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales roles within the oil and gas industry with a focus on the GCC market.
  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing business opportunities meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the GCC oil and gas market dynamics including key players trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
