Job Description 1 Business Unit: Department: Sales Position: Reporting to: Senior Sales Manager Location: Qatar Salary 5000 QAR Nationality Arabic Gender Female Job Overview: A highly motivated and resultoriented Sales Executive will be responsible for generating revenue through our bespoke product Metlux which currently caters to the perfume industry and will soon be widening its skills and the experience in perfume industry. Key Accountabilities (Includes but not limited to the following): Identifying new clients through various channels such as cold calling networking and referrals Developing and maintaining a pipeline of potential leads Conduct presentation and manage meeting with internal and external stakeholders Customize sales pitches to address the specific needs and requirements of each client Ensuring to build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients for customer satisfaction and long term relationship Responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a professional manner Preparing and sharing regular sales reports forecasts and updates to management Meeting/exceeding the monthly and quarterly assigned sales targets Staying up to date with market trends competitor activities and industry developments Identifying opportunities for product improvements/development basis regular feedback from our clients Collaborating with internal stakeholders sales and marketing team to executive sales strategies effectively Sharing insights and best practices with team members to enhance overall sales performance Regularly staying updated on product knowledge industry trends and sales techniques through training sessions and selfstudy KPI s Knowledge Skills Experience and Competencies (Indicate the minimum recruitment specifications & also the ideal person specifications for fully satisfactory job performance) Skillsets Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding assigned sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal and written Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients Selfmotivated with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed Proven track record as a Sales Executive or similar role preferably in the perfume or perfume packaging industry Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a Metlux Qatar target audience.
