What you'll be doing
- Onboarding Support : Responsible for sending comprehensive welcome notices to new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization and providing necessary information for their integration.
- Administrative Assistance : Assisting the people partner team with various administrative tasks, such as managing documentation, updating employee records, and facilitating communication between different departments.
- Meeting Coordination : Efficiently scheduling meetings for the HR department and other stakeholders, ensuring optimal use of time and resources while accommodating multiple calendars.
- Meeting Documentation : Taking detailed notes during meetings, accurately capturing discussions, action items, and decisions made, and distributing them promptly to relevant parties for follow-up and reference.
- Communication Liaison : Serving as a point of contact for internal and external communication related to HR matters, including responding to inquiries, forwarding requests to appropriate personnel, and maintaining confidentiality as necessary.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant
