- Adapt & Execute Internal training Global SOP for Abbott field staff to reach the right level of certification across the regions and roles to safely support leadless implants.
- Support local education initiatives related to leadless portfolio
- Compile best practices, tips & trick to ensure field staff continuous education in collaboration with the EMEA AVEIR HQ education team
- Collaborate with Marketing Manager AVEIR EMEA and EMEA AVEIR Education to develop internal & external strategies for future product launches within leadless franchise
- Provide primary case support for initial leadless implants in accordance with the instructions for use, using their deep knowledge of best-practices, clinical data, and comprehensive technical product expertise.
- Partner with local sales teams to ensure the safe expansion of leadless therapy within their local accounts and transfer of technical expertise to the commercial team.
- Develop trusting relationships with physician implanters based on demonstrated technical and clinical acumen.
- Oversee local education and training activities including the coordination, set-up, and content delivery. Facilitate simulated procedures, troubleshooting, and instruction for relevant parties including local Abbott teams, hospital staff, physicians, and clinic personnel.
- Assist in certifying local Abbott personnel
- Complete administrative tasks when necessary, such as case tracking and monitoring physician progress through training.
- Ensures employee compliance with Abbott policies and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field, engineering, or equivalent/related experience
- Min 5 years of experience in professional education, preferably with CRM products
- Fluency in English. Any other language is a plus
- High-level of comfort in navigating the medical environment, to include labs and hospital settings
- A comprehensive ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices
- Ability to interact with physicians on their clinical practice
- Clear understanding of medical device industry codes and policies
- Ability to collaborate and work with others effectively
- Proven success displaying confidence in leading and influencing customers; ability to confidently provide guidance to course correct as needed
- Willingness to travel extensively within Emerging Markets Region to support local stakeholders in their efforts to execute plan
- Ability to prepare and present effectively written and verbal communications.
- Expert verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of frequently used personal computer programs and applications, such as, Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work in great autonomy. Be flexible, creative, curious and challenge status quo
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Experience with medical device simulators (such as Mentice, CAE healthcare,...) is a plus
- Experience working on in vivo models is a plus
