A strong understanding of medical insurance from a technical perspective and is aware of any changes in the market with DHA, latest trends and plans. 2. Ability to create strong bonds with clients and insurance companies and successfully resolve medical insurance issues. More imperatively teach and guide the subordinates in excelling on this aspect of the business. 3. Has strong connections with insurance companies and the underwriters to get work done effectively and efficiently. 4. Gain a thorough understanding of clients business insurance needs and provide suitable insurance advice to current and prospective clients. 5. Evaluates and processes claims in accordance with insurance policy terms and conditions and corresponds to the clients quickly 6. Capable of preparing and organizing PowerPoint presentations internally and externally, presenting to close a sale, and coaching others in the team to do the same. 7. Process endorsements including modification, addition / deletion of employees in a prompt manner while providing quality service to the clients. 8. Efficiently delegate and manage the work across the team and provide monthly targets based on the target set by the company. 9. Proactively reports critical issues to Management and submits production reports weekly, which is essential to meet the companys objectives. 10. Be a key contributor to the companys business development and achieve forecasts targets for the team and yourself. 11. Cross-Sell & Up-Sell various classes of insurance using effective negotiation strategies and close sales.
Requirements
Role Specifications Qualifications- Bachelors Degree in any relevant field (Attested)
- CII Certificate (Preferred) Experience Essential
- Love solving problems and creating proactive solutions
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of written and verbal Business English communication
- Adaptable and able to multi-task
- Team player and goal-oriented
