Events Manager

• Development and execution of F&B and Special Event marketing activities/calendar.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to promote and communicate relevant offerings and activities.
• Map out promotional activities for the year.
• Create monthly content plan for offers, events, and happenings within the predetermined period across all channels and platforms including website, social media and eDMs.
• Monitor all information of F&B and Special Events mentioned in all channels (print and online) and ensure correctness and up to date.
• Oversees the timely production of all printed and digital collaterals for F&B and Special Events aligned with the brand standard.
• Provide ongoing support in email and online queries.

Experience And Qualifications

• Up to 3-4 years of working experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point) is essential.
• A strong sense and understanding of aesthetics.
• A keen eye for details and quality.
• Time management and multitasking abilities.
