The production manager is mainly targeted towards those self motivated, educated and energetic individuals who want to upgrade their engineering skills as well come towards the managerial position.The person should be well educated should have strong engineering background and should assist in the following:1) Should supervise the production process in an efficient manner such that the key performing indicators are kept in mind such as labor overtimes , maximum plant yield and achieving at the lowest possible time.2) Production scheduling keeping in mind the average throughput time per grade of the batch.3) Ensuring the maintenance of the plant ensuring that the main production equipment which includes heat ex changer, cooling tower and reactors are maintained to reduce the cost.4) Have thorough engineering skills such that he could give suggestions to plant manager to further improve production process.5) Ensuring occupational health and safety of the production area.If DAE in Chemical then we require 5 years experience.If Bachelors in Chemical Technology/Applied Chemist then we require 3 years experience.
