RôleNous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Avocat(e) Associé(e) avec plus de 15 ans d'expérience en rédaction et négociation de contrats pour se joindre à notre client en F&A à Montréal.L'avocat(e) embauché(e) à ce poste seront impliqués dans des transactions commerciales significatives et financements corporatifs, complexes et importants dans un large éventail d'intérêts de l'industrie.Les candidats doivent avoir de l'expérience dans la rédaction et la négociation d'accords commerciaux et d'entreprise (nationaux et transfrontaliers), y compris des accords de licence, des accords de partenariat, des coentreprises et des conventions d'actionnaires.
