The IT Manager role is to ensure the streamlined operation of the IT department in alignment with the business objectives . The IT Manager will plan, coordinate, direct, and design IT-related activities , as well as provide administrative direction and support for daily operational activities of the IT department. Work closely with decision-makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization. Define and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.Requirements 3+ years experience in an IT lead role, preferably within a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Strong verbal communication skills, especially when troubleshooting. We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude and a patient demeanor. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through. You must be a master of your field and anticipate needs before they arise. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation. Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems. Experience working with Managed Service providers.
