ASSISTANT ACCOUNT MANAGER - Beauty & Grooming IndustryKrugersdorp (Gauteng) - South AfricaSTART: A.SA.P REPORT TO: Director / HoSHOURS & SHIFTS:Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00Saturday 08:00 - 13:00COST TO COMPANY & BENEFITS:R15,000 - R20,000 Salary per month QUALIFICATIONS Matric Certificate / Grade 12Qualification in Beauty Therapy / Skin Care / Spa / Cosmetology / Nail Systems (anything Spa & Beauty related)Sales or Business Administration certified - BONUSOVERVIEW OF THE JOB:Assist the sales manager with relevant duties and responsibilitiesOversee the management of accounts & sales in the absence of the NSMOffer exceptional customer serviceProcess and resolve any queries, complaints or returnsOversee general administrationAssist with stock take and merchandisingAny other ad-hoc duties assigned to youSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Sales experience - BONUScomputer confident - able to capture data correctlyKnowledge of trends in beautyExcellent client service Meticulous and accurateProblem solverAble to work in a constantly evolving environmentAccountabilityTake action where needed / Can-do attitudeLeadership qualities, fair and firmREQUIREMENTS:Must be based in or around Krugersdorp / West Rand with reliable transportComputer literate Confident command of English (speak & write)You MUST look the part, beautifully groomed and very well presented (hair, skin and nails)
