Exhibit outstanding customer service to members and guests Maintain a positive attitude and take intitative Actively manage client inquries through active listning and offering alternative options where applicable Actively engage and build positive relationships with members Assist with administrative tasks and preform cashering duties as needed Maintain a clean, safe and organized workspace Capture clients name and reservations time upon entry Ability to to sell and recruit members on programing and membership opportunities Exceptional knowledge of the services and facilities we offer Go through the opening checklist Go through the closing checklist Preform an inventory of the merchandise once a month Assist Golf Operations Manager Understand and resolve complaints from costumers Skills Fluency in English and preferably Arabic language Good computer skills Minimum 3 years hospitality related experience
