Your Role: As a seasoned Product Owner (preferably within the Forex niche), you'll spearhead our mission to facilitate smarter financial decision-making. Your responsibilities include:

• Managing sprint cycles and product delivery projects (we typically plan 1 quarter ahead)
• Guiding a cross-functional team of designers, front-end, and back-end developers
• Championing cutting-edge design principles for websites, landing pages, and dashboards
• Collaborating closely with the marketing team to align product initiatives with overarching goals
• Leveraging data insights to drive product enhancements and optimizations
• Implementing AB experimentation strategies to refine product performance
• Working closely with CMO and COO to collaborate, understand and execute plans on-time.
• Leading by example with a keen eye for detail and a passion for exceptional design

What We're Looking For: We're seeking a dynamic individual with:

• 5+ years of experience in managing design and development teams
• Ability to be candid and to-the-point in verbal conversations for the sake of speed.
• Work well under pressure and ability to quickly adapt to new information.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and scrum practices (ideally used Jira)
• Prior experience in UI/UX design preferred
• A quantitative mindset and keen to gather data to help form an opinion.
• A deep-seated passion for financial markets, including stocks, forex, cryptos, and options.
