Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team as a Personal Lines Broker. While insurance experience is not required, we are looking for candidates who have a proven track record in sales, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to learn and advance in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalised insurance solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Conduct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with team members and underwriters to ensure clients receive the best insurance options.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your insurance knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to changing industry trends.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Level 5 is preferred but not required.
