Our client is a travel and hospitality group. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Head of Operations. Job Responsibilities Talent and Culture:
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by aligning business and individual objectives effectively.
- Establish robust internal communication channels and foster cross-functional collaboration for maximum synergy.
- Lead, inspire, and develop a talented workforce, ensuring alignment with strategic business needs and enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage key operational areas including Lounge/Hotel Operations, Culinary, F&B, Facilities Management, Quality Assurance, and more.
- Oversee revenue and cost performance, making strategic decisions to optimize business outcomes.
- Act as a member of the Country/Regional Executive Committee, contributing to strategic direction and decision-making.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to define organizational goals and support talent management initiatives.
- Identify and execute key performance indicators across various business areas.
- Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, driving continuous improvement.
- Utilize technology to drive operational efficiencies and business performance.
- Set comprehensive departmental goals and execute commercial strategies.
- Drive budgeted revenue across all streams and optimize manpower costs.
- Prepare annual business plans and budgets, collaborating with department leaders.
- Conduct regular business reviews and implement strategies to achieve positive results.
- Collaborate with finance teams to monitor financial performance and drive cost efficiency.
- Develop action plans for underperforming outlets to restore profitability.
- Coach operations teams on effective cost management practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on contract management and lease negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners.
- Contribute to strategic expansion plans and propose innovative concepts for growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum five (5) years of senior management experience in Travel, Airline, or Hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with proficiency in other key languages.
