Junior Level Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Prior Experience in Saas/ Software Industry is preferred Language: Business-level fluency in English Job Summary As an Affiliate Marketer you will play a pivotal role in building and growing global partnerships at SleekFlow. This role is primarily centered around developing, executing, and overseeing our affiliate strategy by utilising industry best practices & data analysis in collaboration with internal teams. You will be a part of the wider Partnerships team and drive the documentation and automation of various workflows to optimise partnerships in regions such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil as well as the United Arab Emirates. Roles and Responsibilities 1. Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy: - Define the affiliate program goals, objectives, and KPIs. - Leverage data insights to optimize affiliate performance and drive revenue growth. - Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing initiatives with broader marketing campaigns. 2. Implement UGC/Influencer Marketing plans in regions such as HK, SG, MY, ID, BR, IN & UAE - Identify and engage with influencers who align with SleekFlow's target audience and brand values to ideate and create engaging content - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from conceptualization to reporting, ensuring measurable results. - Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and ROI. - Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with influencers, acting as the main point of contact. 3. Work with regional teams to streamline partnership operations: - Embrace an experimentation mindset and a test-and-learn approach to user segmentation, messaging and content/creatives - Serve as the guardian for existing partner communications; manage calendar, operational outreach and data hygiene across multiple channels - Own partnerships portal operations; including product feedback & enhancements Character Traits Required 1.
