Job Scope- Assist and support in any HR relevant works, not limit to recruitment, compensation & benefits, training & development, company activties, etc;
- To handle and work closely with compensation & benefits personnel on Time Management for employee attendance and leave management;
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance - check and approve attendance;
- Highlight to your Head of Department / superior if found any non-compliance / employee attendance issues eg: frequent tardiness, no clock in or out, no leave application, no location on, inaccurate location etc;
- Conduct HR orientation for new joiners;
- Letter preparation and maintain accurate HR documentation;
- Plan, brainstorm, and executive Employee Relation activities eg: festivals and company events/activities;
- Preferrably 1 years of working experience in Human Resources.
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
- Aggressive, proactive and able to work under a fast paced and challenging environment;
- Ability for Mandarin speaking is an advantage in order to deal with our China & Hong Kong counterparts.
