The charter of ADI’s AV PTE team is to lead the market in selected technology domains with highly differentiated sensing and signal processing solutions. Today, these technology areas include Audio and Video technologies that drive growth in various markets The AV PTE Team in ADI Bangalore is seeking a PTE engineer who’ll play a role in testing state-of-the-art mixed signal SoC devices which are complex and industry leading. You'll become an integral member of the development team, participate in developing innovative, high performance, production ready hardware and software test solutions for our leading-edge product portfolio. Job Responsibilities: The person would be working very closely with the Measurement team (PTE + Eval) at ADI Bangalore

• The person would need to taking care of the Test develop activities for ATE such as
  • Test program development
  • Debug and characterization across Process , Voltage, Temperature and Frequency (PVTF) corners
  • Yield Analysis
  • Correlation & Offshore
• Driving ATE hardware schematic and Layout
• Supporting the device qualification activities
• The person would need to taking care of releasing the device to production
• Work with the DFT team for the implementation of the DFT strategy

Qualifications/Experience

• Bachelor/Master degree with 2+ years of industry experience
• Experience in working on ATE independently on ATE platforms like Advantest-93k/ Teradyne Ultra flex
• Experience in designing the ATE hardware such as ATE load board/probe cards
• Knowledge on the high speed interfaces testing like HDMI/SERDES/DDR etc.
• Experience on Scan DFT and memory testing
• Knowledge of schematic creation/check and layout reviews
• Good debugging skills
• Should be a good team player
• Good verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with teams spread geographically.
