Position: HR and Delivery Coordinator Location: 100% Remote (US CST work-shift) Reports to: Director of HR & Operations Experience Required: 3+ years in HR or operational roles, preferably in the IT staffing or services industry. Job Summary: As an HR and Delivery Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the Human Resources and Delivery functions of our organization. This position involves assisting with the day-to-day operations of the HR department, including recruitment processes, job postings, employee onboarding, employee relations, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the HR and Delivery team. Position Profile:

  • Exceptional Communicator: Demonstrates outstanding communication abilities, effectively conveying complex information clearly and persuasively across all levels of the organization.
  • Task Resolution Diligence: Has a proactive approach to task management, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and managers are kept informed.
  • Relationship Manager: Able to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring that both staff, candidates and consultants feel supported and valued.

Key Responsibilities: Delivery Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting jobs, sourcing candidates as needed, communication with candidates as needed and any other duties assigned by the Delivery Lead.
  • Support the Delivery Lead in company-wide initiatives and projects in efforts to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
HR Administration:
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing employment documents.
  • Maintain regular communication with consultants, managing aspects of their engagement such as onboarding, timesheets, and regular check-ins to ensure a positive and productive working environment.
  • Coordinate consultant travel arrangements.
  • Assist with payroll processing as needed.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Support the HR Director in company-wide initiatives and projects in efforts to streamline processes and enhance organizational efficiency.
