Management - Internal (Human Resources & Recruitment) Leading with Excellence – Shaping HR Strategies for a Dynamic Workforce We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager specializing in Employee Relations and Labor Relations, with extensive knowledge in overall HR operations and experience in managing a team. This role is crucial in upholding a positive work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and boosting employee engagement across our operations in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the HR department, managing a team of HR professionals to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategies in employee and labor relations.
- Manage all negotiations, agreements, and any labor-related issues.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local labor laws and regulations.
- Address employee grievances and disputes, facilitating resolutions in a timely and equitable manner.
- Craft and implement policies that promote a healthy and productive workplace culture.
- Conduct and oversee training on labor laws, employee rights, and responsibilities for management and staff.
- Collaborate with senior management to ensure HR strategies and activities are aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in HR , with significant emphasis on employee and labor relations, as well as managing HR operations and a team.
- Comprehensive understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Robust problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in handling sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
