The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing all operational processes, ensuring that efficiency and productivity goals are met within our Philippines offices. The Operations Director will also manage teams, establish and maintain relationships with vendors and clients, manage budgets, and analyse data to make informed decisions. Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include: • Lead and manage the PH operations function • Collaborate closely with leadership to shape and execute the company’s overall business strategy; • P&L shared responsibility, to increase margins through operational efficiencies as the business grows; • Lead developments of new initiatives and improvements that streamline service delivery, improve customer experience and enhance productivity; • Lead and support the Chief Customer Officer and Head of Compliance to ensure service levels are reviewed regularly and priority areas are identified; • Provide management and leadership to the departments management team, driving a culture of continuous improvement and delivery against operational goals; • Ensure delivery of Key Performance Indicators, and departments performance management framework is aligned with businesses objectives; • Provide actionable insights, recommendations for continuous improvement and executing action plans. • Knowledge of Data Analytics & Reporting • Monitoring Efficient Processes & Standards • Direct & Oversee Operations staff • Control of Operational Budget Attributes and Experience Required: • Operations Management and Analytical Skills • Team Management and Communication Skills • Budgeting Skills and Financial Acumen • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field • Prior experience in operations management or related field • Self-motivated with proven ability to lead and inspire others to perform; • Experience in strategic planning and project management; • Possess strong analytical skills to interpret, summarise and present data; • Experience coordinating across multiple departments & functions of an organisation, including customer service, technology development, operations and finance; • Understanding of compliance and operational risk controls Package and Benefits: • Competitive annual salary and benefits package • 18 days annual leave plus public holidays • Birthday leave • Earned Wage Access (via CloudPay Now app) • Flexible remote working • 10 days sick leave • HMO • Personal and professional development opportunities • Friendly working environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
