Role Overview : Manage project coordination, client onboarding, and administrative support for directors in a dynamic environment emphasising accuracy and timely delivery. Additionally, handle social media management responsibilities to enhance our online presence. Additional Responsibilities :
- Handle mainline phone calls and manage client communication
- Collect documents and ensure completeness from new clients
- Attend meetings, take notes, and communicate with teams
- Collect documents for financial reports
- Assist with compliance tasks, including Anti-money laundering procedures and GDPR compliance
- Manage social media accounts to enhance online presence and engagement
- English Medium background or equivalent
- Degree in business-related subjects
- Friendly demeanour with strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fast broadband connection and distraction-free work environment
- Own computer for first three months; company-provided assets afterward
