A2Z Accounting Solutions Limited, a leading Aberdeen-based company, seeks a skilled Client Relations & Compliance Specialist with social media management expertise to join our remote team. Role Overview : Manage project coordination, client onboarding, and administrative support for directors in a dynamic environment emphasising accuracy and timely delivery. Additionally, handle social media management responsibilities to enhance our online presence. Additional Responsibilities :
  • Handle mainline phone calls and manage client communication
  • Collect documents and ensure completeness from new clients
  • Attend meetings, take notes, and communicate with teams
  • Collect documents for financial reports
  • Assist with compliance tasks, including Anti-money laundering procedures and GDPR compliance
  • Manage social media accounts to enhance online presence and engagement
Requirements :
  • English Medium background or equivalent
  • Degree in business-related subjects
  • Friendly demeanour with strong customer service focus
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Fast broadband connection and distraction-free work environment
  • Own computer for first three months; company-provided assets afterward
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm UK time. Benefits :
