We're looking for a Technical Director to work on one of our flagship projects. You will lead a strong team of programmers and be responsible for the product's technical development. Tasks
Building a strong development team: responsibility for hiring, guiding, training, and developing leading programmers Forming and implementing a strategy for the technical development of a mobile gaming project Analyzing the efficiency of existing technologies and tools in all product-related areas and improving them Analyzing the efficiency and relevance of development processes and improving them Disseminating information between development teams and product-related teams Interacting with various company divisions and other projectsOur stack
The primary development language for our game projects is C++. We use C++17 and Boost. For one-time tasks, we use Lua and Python. We use our own engine, which we are constantly refining to better suit our game projects' demands.Requirements
2+ years of experience as a Technical Director or CTO- Strong technical background
- large/complex projects running on an in-house engine or Unity/Unreal
- extensive C++ programming experience
