As a Developer, you will be responsible for creating software and applications that meet the needs of our clients. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and stay up-to-date on the latest technologies. The successful candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Additionally, we expect the candidate to have extensive experience with programming languages like Java, C++, Python and HTML/CSS. Knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server is also desirable. The main responsibilities of the Developer will include developing software solutions by studying information needs; conferring with users; studying systems flow, data use, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle; writing code and debugging applications; developing user manuals; preparing training materials; providing technical support for users. Furthermore, they should be able to suggest improvements or modifications to existing applications according to user needs and provide accurate estimates of development timeframes.
