We're seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Production Services Application Support to join our Engineering team. This role is located in Singapore - HYBRID In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Learn how businesses use systems in your respective service and support improvements.
- Works to ensure appropriate proactive monitoring and alerting setup.
- Accountability on root cause analysis and problem management to address business impacting issues and resolving underlying technical issues.
- Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders to enhance application stability.
- Learn system tools to monitors changes to applications and their operating environment (e.g DRIFT/ Cloud prober/ App dynamics).
- Learn system architecture and flow to help recommend solutions on reoccurring application incidents but using automation.
- Reviews and develops updates of contingency documentation and processes.
- As part of the Run the Bank team, Release Management must be taken seriously to help stability.
- Work with Senior Support members to learn incident resolution process and escalation procedures.
- Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectives
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree is beneficial.
- 1-2 years of diverse experience in information technology required; experience in the Markets or financial services industry is a plus
- Knowledge of supporting production systems is preferred
- Strong communication and problem solving preferred
- A strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude to take on challenges.
