Associate Director Finance & Valuations, Asset Management

A leading investment management firm is looking to hire AVP Finance to report to the CFO. You will be responsible for the following.

• Investment engagement and supporting deal teams in investments, divestments and M&A activities.
• Evaluate accounting classification & valuation, reporting & credit rating implications.
• Understand and analyse deal structure and parameters, assessing their impact on the transaction valuation.
• Review sale and purchase agreements, term sheets and other transaction documents.
• Deal execution including holding structure & custodian set-up, capital call processing & settlement.

Bachelor's degree in accounting or business with 8- 12 years of work experience. Strong technical & analytical abilities; extensive experience in handling valuations, financial due diligence projects.
