Financial Analyst - Business Partnering (Commercial) - 1-year Contract Do you have a passion for numbers and a knack for translating them into actionable insights? About the Role We are looking for a bright and motivated Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key role in providing financial analysis and reporting to support our commercial partners. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:
- Profitability Analysis: Forecast and analyze profitability for individual products (SKUs) and contribute to overall profit & loss (P&L) forecasting.
- Marketing Support: Partner with the Marketing team to analyze advertising & promotion effectiveness, evaluate campaign performance, and assess the profitability of new product development.
- Financial Reporting & Forecasting: Utilize our financial forecasting software (Longview) to submit accurate forecasts and generate consolidated reports. Analyze variances between actuals, forecasts, and budgets to identify key drivers of change.
- Management Reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages that deliver key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Commercial, Finance Shared Services, and the Asia FP&A team, to ensure high-quality reporting.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A) or a related finance function.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate financial data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach with a strong attention to detail.
